At Freebie Seeds we’re pretty chill about refunds and returns. We’re all about keeping things groovy, so here’s the lowdown on how we handle situations such as these:
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for a solid 30 days. If a month has gone by since you scored your stash, sorry dude, we probably can’t hook you up with a full refund or exchange. However, we still might, so just be polite and everything’ll be alright!
Open pack? That’s whack. Sealed up tight? That’s alright.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and still in that original packaging—keep it fresh like your favorite bud. MAYBE if it’s opened we can help you out, but it’s kinda sketchy trusting that you that didn’t swap the seeds out with some bull-hockey mids. If you did and we pass those on to another customer, that fricks them the heck up, so opened packs are basically losses for us. We MIGHT work with you on them—no guarantees.
Non-Returnable Items
Some stuff can’t be returned, like perishable goods (think edibles), clones, intimate or sanitary goods (no returns on those vibes!), and anything that’s been opened or used… sorry, but once it’s popped, it can’t be stopped. But we don’t sell anything other than seeds right now, so don’t get too confused when you don’t find the cookies you’re looking for.
Refunds
Once your return drifts back to us and we’ve given it a solid once-over, we’ll drop you a note to let you know it’s all good or if we gotta pass. If it’s a green light, we’ll blaze a trail to credit your original payment method: sit tight, it might take a few days for the good vibes to hit your account.
Late or missing refunds
Still waiting on that refund? First, check your stash—uh, I mean, your bank account. Then hit up your credit card company and give your bank a friendly nudge. If you’re still in the dark, hit us up at freebieseeds@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out, no worries.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items can vibe with a refund. Sale items are like that rare strain: once they’re gone, they’re gone. Like all other things with Freebie Seeds, though, if you’re a chill, nice customer, we’ll be a chill, nice seedbank and might attempt to refund your sale item(s).
Exchanges
Got a dud? We’ll swap it out for a fresh one if it’s defective or got messed up in transit. Just drop us a line at freebieseeds@gmail.com. We’ll sort you out no problemo.
Gifts
If you got a gift from us and need to return it, we’ll hook you up with a gift credit. If it wasn’t marked as a gift or the giver got it shipped to them first, they’ll know about your return and sort out the refund.
Shipping returns
To return your goods, pack ’em up and reach out to us at freebieseeds@gmail.com for our address. Just send ’em back to us after getting the deets. You’re on the hook for shipping costs—sorry, dude, but shipping ain’t free in this galaxy.
